March 31, 1922.[[S. 3209](/us/bill/67/s/3209).][[Public No. 184](/us/pl/67/184).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives ofthe United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Northern PacificMississippi River.Northern Pacific RailwayCompanymay bridge, Minneapolis, Minn.
Railway Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in the southwest quarter of section twenty-four, township twenty-nine north, range twenty-four west of the fourth principal meridian, at Minneapolis, in Hennepin County, State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of the ActConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 31, 1922.
