CHAP. 108.— An Act For the relief of the Pennsylvania Railroad Company. February 23, 1923.[[H. R. 9887](/us/bill/67/hr/9887).][[Private, No. 171](/us/pvtl/67/171).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assemble*,, That the Secretary Pennsylvania Rail road Company.Payment to, for collision damages. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, the sum of $285.86, to compensate the said company for damages caused by collision of the Coast Guard cutter Guthrie with the Pennsylvania Railroad car float numbered seven, at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, November 26, 1920.
