CHAP. 107.— An Act To amend the first proviso in the Act entitled “An Act to grant a certain parcel of land, part of the Fort Robinson Military Reservation, Nebraska, to the village of Crawford, Nebraska, for park purposes,” approved June 25, 1906. March 20, 1922.[[H. R. 8193](/us/bill/67/hr/8193).][[Public, No. 175](/us/pl/67/175).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fort Robinson Military Reservation, Nebr.Use of land granted to Crawford, extended.Vol. 34, p.461, amended.
That the first proviso contained in the Act entitled “An Act to grant a certain parcel of land, part of the Fort Robinson Military Reservation, Nebraska, to the village of Crawford, Nebraska, for park purposes,” approved June 25, 1906, is amended to read as follows: “*Provided*, That the said tract shall be used for park and water-power purposes, and that not to exceed five acres thereof may also be used as a site for a pavilion to be used for the exhibition and sale of five stock, and for auditorium purposes. ” Approved, March 20, 1922.
