CHAP. 106.— An Acy Authorizing the Secretary of War to grant to the town of Winthrop, Massachusetts, a perpetual right of way over approximately seven hundred and fifty-five square feet of the Fort Banks Military Reservation for the purpose of widening Revere Street. March 20, 1922.[[H. R. 9047](/us/bill/67/hr/9047).][[Public, No. 174](/us/pl/67/174).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fort Banks Military Reservation, Mass.Winthrop granted right of way across.
That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to grant to the town of Winthrop, Massachusetts, a perpetual right of way over approximately seven hundred and fifty-five square feet of the Fort Banks Military Reservation for the purpose of widening Revere Street at or near the intersection of Hutchinson Street in said town of Winthrop, Massachusetts, upon such location as the Secretary of War may approve, and subject to such conditions, restrictions, and reservations as the Secretary of War may impose for the protection of the reservation.
