CHAP. 104.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the counties of Bowie and Cass, State of Texas, for construction of a bridge across Sulphur River, at or near Pettis Bridge on State Highway Numbered Eight, in said counties and State. October 13, 1921.[[S. 1970](/us/bill/67/s/1970).][[Public, No. 75](/us/pl/67/75).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Sulphur River.Bowie and Cass Counties, Tex., may bridge.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the counties of Bowie and Cass, State of Texas, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Sulphur River at a point suitable to the interests of Location.navigation, at or near the location of Pettis Bridge on Texas State Highway Numbered Eight, as located between Douglassville, in Cass County, and the town of Maud, in Bowie County, State of Texas, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters, “approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, October 13, 1921.
