CHAP. 101.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of the Interior to investigate the feasibility of reclamation projects on the Columbia River and various other irrigation projects. February 21, 1923.[[S. 3808](/us/bill/67/s/3808).][[Public, No. 433](/us/pl/67/433).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the following Columbia River.*Post*, p. 1540.Investigations authorized for reclamation projects on, etc.Projects designated.sums are hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be immediately available for expenditure by the Secretary of the Interior, namely:
For investigations of the feasibility of irrigation by gravity or pumping, water sources, water storage, and related problems on the Columbia River and its tributaries, including the Columbia Basin project, $100,000; the Umatilla Rapids project, $50,000; in all, $150,000. For cooperative and miscellaneous investigations of the feasibility Other reclamation projects.of reclamation projects, $125,000 annually. Approved, February 21, 1923.
