CHAP. 98.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of a bridge across the Connecticut River between Springfield and West Springfield, in Hampden County, Massachusetts. March 12, 1920. [[H. R. 11756](/us/bill/66/hr/11756).] [[Public, No. 158](/us/pl/66/158).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the times for commencingConnecticut River.Time extended for bridging, at Springfield, Mass.Vol. 39, p. 536, amended. and completing the construction of a bridge, authorized by Act of Congress approved August 25, 1916, to be built across the Connecticut River between the city of Springfield and the town of West Springfield, in Hampden County, Massachusetts, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the 27th day of February, 1920.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 12, 1920.
