CHAP. 97.— An Act Authorizing the construction of a bridge and approaches thereto across Red River at a point a little east of north of Nocona in Montague County, Texas. March 12, 1920. [[H. R. 12160](/us/bill/66/hr/12160).] [[Public, No. 157](/us/pl/66/157).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Nocona Red RiverRed River.Nocona Red River Bridge Company may bridge, Nocona, Tex. Bridge Company, a corporation, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across Red River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation on the south bank of Red River at a point a little east of due north of Nocona in Montague County, Texas, to a point approximately north of said beginning and located in Jefferson County, Oklahoma, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act toConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. reserved. Approved, March 12, 1920.
