[[S. 3202](/us/bill/66/s/3202).] [[Public, No. 149](/us/pl/66/149).] *Beit enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Coast Guard.Officers granted leave of absence for temporary employment by Venezuela. That the President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant leave of absence without pay to such officer or officers of the United States Coast Guard as he may deem advisable, and to permit him or them to accept employment with the Venezuelan Government with such compensation and emoluments as may be agreed upon between the Venezuelan Government and such officer or officers thus granted leave of absence.
