CHAP. 83.— An Act For the relief of Perry E. Borchers because of losses suffered, due to destruction of property and termination of contract for services because of smallpox while in the employ of the Navy Department in Cuba. February 27, 1921.[[H. R. 646](/us/bill/66/hr/646).][[Private, No. 95](/us/pvtl/66/95).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of Perry E. Borchers.Payment to.the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Perry E.
Borchers, of Tadmor, Ohio, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $346.45, the amount of loss sustained due to the destruction of his personal property while in quarantine and to the loss of his position through termination, by the Navy Department, of his contract for services as superintendent of construction at the United States naval station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Approved, February 27, 1921.
