CHAP. 81.— An Act Authorizing the Union Pacific Railroad Company, or its successors, to convey for public-road purposes, certain parts of its right of way. October 22, 1919. [[S. 2100](/us/bill/66/s/2100).] [[Public, No. 64](/us/pl/66/64).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of th e United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Union Pacific Railroad Union Pacific Railroad Company.May convey for public roads parts of right of way.*Proviso.*Width of track retained.Company, or any of its successors or assigns, is hereby authorized to convey to any State, county, or municipality any portion of its right of way, to be used as a public highway or street: *Provided,* That no such conveyance shall have the effect to diminish the right of way of said railroad company to a less W’idth than fifty feet on 305each side of the center of the main track of the railroad as now established and maintained.
