CHAP. 74.— An Act To revive and reenact the Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Cincinnati, New Orleans and Texas Pacific Railway Company to rebuild and reconstruct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Tennessee River near Chattanooga, in Hamilton County, in the State of Tennessee,” approved April 5, 1916. October 13, 1919. [[S. 2910](/us/bill/66/s/2910).] [[Public, No. 58](/us/pl/66/58).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Act approved April 5, Tennessee River.Time extended for bridging, etc., Chattanooga, Tenn.Vol. 39, p. 47, amended.1916, authorizing the Cincinnati, New Orleans and Texas Pacific Railway Company to rebuild and reconstruct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Tennessee River near the city of Chattanooga, Tennessee, be, and the same is hereby, revived and reenacted: *Proviso.*Construction, etc.*Provided,* That this Act shall be null and void unless the actual construction of the bridge be commenced within one year and completed within three years from the date hereof.
Amendment. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Received by the President, October 1, 1919. [Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without Ins approval.]
