CHAP. 73.— An Act Granting the consent of the Congress to the county of Hennepin, in the State of Minnesota, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Minnesota River. October 10, 1919. [[H. R. 9091](/us/bill/66/hr/9091).] [[Public, No. 57](/us/pl/66/57).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of Minnesota River.292Hennepin County, Minn., may bridge.Congress is hereby granted to the county of Hennepin, in the State of Minnesota, and its successors, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Minnesota River, at a Location. point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the intersection of that certain public highway in said county commonly known and Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.designated as Lyndale Avenue, with the said Minnesota River, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Amendment. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Received by the President, September 29, 1919. [Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without ms approval.]
