R. 15011](/us/bill/66/hr/15011).] [[Public, No. 322](/us/pl/66/322).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Choctaw and Chickasaw lands, Okla.Remainder of coal and asphalt deposits to be sola.
That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to reappraise and sell the remainder of the segregated coal and asphalt deposits in the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations in the State of Oklahoma, under rules and regulations to be prescribed by him in accordance with the Act of February 8,Vol. 40, p. 433. 1918 (United States Statutes at Large, 40, page 433), as to terms and conditions of payment; and the unexpended balance appropriated byExpenses from unexpended balance. said Act of February 8, 1918, is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of the Choctaw and Chickasaw tribal funds for this purpose.
