CHAP. 63.— An Act For the relief of Mrs. Thomas McGovern.February 7, 1920.[[H. R. 5348](/us/bill/66/hr/5348).][[Private, No. 23](/us/pvtl/66/23).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mrs. Thomas Mc-Govern. Payment to, for death of husband.That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Mrs. Thomas McGovern, the sum of $5,000 for damages suffered by the death of tier husband, Thomas McGovern, who was struck and fatally injured by a Government motor truck which was driven by a regularly enlisted soldier of the United States Army.
