CHAP. 62.— An Act Declaring Platte River to be a nonnavigable stream. February 16, 1921. [[H. R. 10920](/us/bill/66/hr/10920).] [[Public, No. 318](/us/pl/66/318).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Platte River, Mo.Declared a nonnavigable stream. That the Platte River in the State of Missouri be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a nonnavigable stream within the meaning of the Constitution and laws of the United States, and jurisdiction over said river is hereby declared to be vested in the State of Missouri.
Sec. 2. That the right of Congress to alter, amend, or repeal thisAmendment. Act is hereby expressly reserved. Received by the President, February 4, 1921. [Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.]
