CHAP. 59.— An Act To authorize the county of Fountain, in the State of Indiana, to construct a bridge across the Wabash River at the city of Attica, Fountain County, Indiana. February 3, 1920. [[H. R. 11606](/us/bill/66/hr/11606).] [[Public, No. 129](/us/pl/66/129).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the county of Fountain,Wabash River.Fountain County, Ind., may bridge, Attica. State of Indiana, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Wabash River, from a point in the city of Attica, Fountain County, Indiana, to a point in Warren County, in the State of Indiana, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at a place near a bridge now in operation and heretofore constructed by said Fountain County at said point, all in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “AnConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 3, 1920.
