CHAP. 57.— An Act To amend the Act establishing the eastern district of Kentucky. January 29, 1920. [[S. 2476](/us/bill/66/s/2476).] [[Public, No. 127](/us/pl/66/127).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Kentucky eastern judicial district.Vol. 36, p. 1112, amended.Terms of court. That regular terms of the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Kentucky shall be held at the following times and places, namely:
At Jackson: Beginning on the first Monday in March and the third Monday in September in each year. At Frankfort: Beginning on the second Monday in March and the fourth Monday in September in each year. At Covington: Beginning on the first Monday in April and the third Monday in October in each year. At Richmond: Beginning on the fourth Monday in April and the second Monday in November in each year. At London: Beginning on the second Monday in May and the fourth Monday in November in each year.
At Catlettsburg: Beginning on the fourth Monday in May and the second Monday in December in each year. Lexington added.*Proviso*.Rooms to be provided.At Lexington: Beginning on the second Monday in January and the second Monday in June in each year: *Provided*, That suitable rooms and accommodations for holding court at Lexington shall be furnished without expense to the United States. Other places authorized.And at such other times and places as may hereafter be provided by law.
Offices for clerk.The clerk of the court for the eastern district of Kentucky shall maintain an office in charge of himself, a deputy, or a clerical assistant, at each of the places of holding court within said district. Approved, January 29, 1920.
