CHAP. 54.— An Act To revive and reenact the Act entitled “An Act to authorize the Hudson River Connecting Railroad Corporation to construct a bridge across the Hudson River, in the State of New York,” approved March 13, 1914. February 15, 1921. [[S. 4886](/us/bill/66/s/4886).] [[Public, No. 312](/us/pl/66/312).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Hudson River, N. Y.Time extended for bridging, by Hudson River Connecting Railroad Corporation.Vol. 38, p. 308, amended.Vol. 39, p. 446.
That the Act approved March 13, 1914, authorizing the Hudson River Connecting Railroad Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge, together with the necessary approaches thereto, across the Hudson River, at a point suitable to the interests of navi- 1102 gation between Castleton and Schodack Landing, be, and the same is hereby, revived and reenacted: *Provided, *That this Act shall be*Proviso.*Commencement and completion. null and void unless the actual construction of the bridge herein authorized be commenced within one year and completed within three years from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1921.
