R. 2980](/us/bill/66/hr/2980).] [[Public, No. 123](/us/pl/66/123).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Army.Ordnance sergeant limitation removed.[R. S., sec. 1110, p. 204](/us/rs/s1110/p204), repealed.Vol. 39, p. 174, repealed. That section 1110, Revised Statutes, and the first proviso of section 12 of the Act entitled “An Act for making further and more effectual provision for the national defense, and for other purposes,” approved June 3, 1916, be, and the same hereby are, repealed.
