CHAP. 51.— An Act Authorizing the Prescott Bridge Company to construct a bridge across Lake Saint Croix at or near the city of Prescott in the State of Wisconsin. February 15, 1921. [[S. 4737](/us/bill/66/s/4737).] [[Public, No. 309](/us/pl/66/309).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Lake Saint Croix.Prescott Bridge Company, may bridge, Prescott, Wis. That authority is hereby granted to the Prescott Bridge Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and its successors and 1101 assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across Lake Saint Croix at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the city of Prescott, in the county of Pierce and State of Wisconsin, in accordance with the provisions of theConstruction.
