CHAP. 5.— An Act To supply a deficiency in the appropriation for carrying out the Act entitled “An Act to provide for the operation of transportation systems while under Federal control, for the just compensation of their owners, and for other purposes,” approved March 21, 1918. June 30, 1919. [[H. R. 5312](/us/bill/66/hr/5312).] [[Public, No. 4](/us/pl/66/4).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That to supply a deficiency Federal railroad control.Additional appropriation for expenses, etc.Vol. 40, p. 455.*Post,* p. 457.in the appropriation for carrying out the Act entitled “An Act to provide for the operation of transportation systems while under Federal control, for the just compensation of their owners, and for other purposes,” approved March 21, 1918, there is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $750,000,000, which shall be in addition to the appropriation of $500,000,000 made in section 6 of said Act, and shall be subject in all respects to the same authority for, and restriction of, expenditure as the said $500,000,000.
