CHAP. 46.— An Act To provide for the erection of a Federal office building on the site acquired for the Subtreasury in Saint Louis, Missouri. January 17, 1920. [[H. R. 484](/us/bill/66/hr/484).] [[Public, No. 118](/us/pl/66/118).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Saint Louis, Mo.Public building at, may omit rooms for Subtreasury.Vol. 37, p. 886, amended. That in carrying out that provision in the Act of Congress approved March 4, 1913 (Thirty-seventh Statutes, page 886), which authorized the construction of a building for the United States Subtreasury and other governmental offices m Saint Louis, Missouri, upon the site theretofore acquired for that purpose, the Secretary of the Treasury may have said building so constructed as to omit accommodations for the Subtreasury.
