CHAP. 46.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of the Main Street Bridge across the Arkansas River between the cities of Little Rock and Argenta, Arkansas. August 15, 1919. [[S. 2595](/us/bill/66/s/2595).] [[Public, No. 38](/us/pl/66/38).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the times for commencing Arkansas River.Time extended for bridging, Little Rock to Argenta, Ark.Vol.40,p.396, amended.and completing the construction of a bridge and approaches thereto, authorized by Act of Congress approved October 6, 1917, to be built across the Arkansas River at the city of Little Rock on the site now occupied by the free highway bridge constructed by said county in the years 1896 and 1897, are hereby extended one year and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, August 15, 1919.
