CHAP. 45.— An Act For the relief of the Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railroad. February 9, 1921.[[H. R. 12441](/us/bill/66/hr/12441).][[Private, No. 94](/us/pvtl/66/94).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Ball way.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railway, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $25, and such sum is hereby 1529appropriated to reimburse the Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific Railway for custom fine numbered three hundred and sixty-eight erroneously imposed by the collector of customs at Duluth, Minnesota.
