CHAP. 45.— An Act To authorize the construction, maintenance, and operation of a bridge across the Tombigbee River near Iron Wood Bluff, in Itawamba County, Mississippi. January 15, 1920. [[H. R. 11025](/us/bill/66/hr/11025).] [[Public, No. 117](/us/pl/66/117).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the board of supervisorsTombigbee River.Itawamba County may bridge, Iron Wood Bluff, Miss. of Itawamba County, Mississippi, is hereby authorized to construct, 392maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Tombigbee River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation near Iron Wood Bluff, m Itawamba County, Mississippi, in accordanceConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 15, 1920.
