R. 10847](/us/bill/66/hr/10847).] [[Public, No. 116](/us/pl/66/116).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the consent of CongressPearl River.Marion County, Miss., may bridge. is hereby granted to Marion County, State of Mississippi, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Pearl River, at a point suitable toLocation. the interests of navigation, at or near “the Branton old ferry,” in Marion County, State of Mississippi, in accordance with the provisionsConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 15, 1920.
