R. 3522](/us/bill/66/hr/3522).][[Private, No. 92](/us/pvtl/66/91).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the, United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lemuel Stokes.Payment, to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Lemuel Stokes, late of Company C, Forty-fifth Regiment United States Colored Infantry, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $300, the same being commutation money received from him, he having afterwards enlisted.
