CHAP. 42.— An Act For the construction of a bridge across Rock River at or near East Grand Avenue, in the city of Beloit, Wisconsin. January 15, 1920. [[H. R. 10135](/us/bill/66/hr/10135).] [[Public, No. 114](/us/pl/66/114).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the city of Beloit, inRock River.Beloit, Wis., may bridge. the State of Wisconsin, be, and the same is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Rock River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation,Location. at or near the point where East Grand Avenue, in said city of Beloit, crosses the said Rock River, in accordance with the provisionsConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 15, 1920.
