CHAP. 39.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Pend Oreille River at the town of Usk, in the State of Washington. August 7, 1919. [[H. R. 6342](/us/bill/66/hr/6342).] [[Public, No. 32](/us/pl/66/32).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That Pend Oreille County, Pend Oreille River.Pend Oreille County, Wash., may bridge, at Usk.State of Washington, its successors and assigns, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Pend Oreille River at a point suitable to Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.the interests of navigation at the town of Usk, in said county and State, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Amendment. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, August 7, 1919.
