CHAP. 38.— An Act For the relief of John K. Ashley, junior. February 6, 1921.[[H. R. 1790](/us/bill/66/hr/1790).][[Private, No. 88](/us/pvtl/66/88).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the John K. Ashley Jr.Payment to, for services.Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money heretofore appropriated for the purchase of a site and construction of a building to be used by the Government as a post office and for other purposes at Sandpoint, Idaho, the amount of $40 in full compensation of claim of John K.
Ashley, junior, for services rendered and money expended in connection with the preliminary survey and examination of a site that is being considered as the site of such building. Approved, February 6, 1921.
