CHAP. 37.— An Act Granting the consent of the Congress to the city of Minneapolis, a municipal corporation, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Mississippi River. August 7, 1919. [[H. R. 5228](/us/bill/66/hr/5228).] [[Public, No. 30](/us/pl/66/30).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of the Congress Mississippi River.Minneapolis, Minn., may bridge.is hereby granted to the city of Minneapolis, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota, and its successors, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Location.Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the intersection of Franklin Avenue, in said city of Minneapolis, Construction.Vol. 34. p. 84.with the said Mississippi River, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Amendment. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, August 7, 1919.
