CHAP. 35.— An Act To authorize the county of Dougherty, State of Georgia, to construct a bridge across the Flint River, connecting Broad Street, in the city of Albany, said State and county, with the Isabella Road, said county and State. August 7, 1919. [[H. R. 6805](/us/bill/66/hr/6805).] [[Public, No. 28](/us/pl/66/28).] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the county of Dougherty, Flint River.Dougherty County, Ga., may bridge, Albany.State of Georgia, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Flint River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, to connect Broad Street, in the city of Albany, said county and State, with the Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Isabella Road, said county and State, and at or near the site of the present bridge, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment. expressly reserved. Approved, August 7, 1919.
