CHAP. 290.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of a bridge across the Allegheny River at or near Millvale Borough, in the county of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge, authorized by Act of Congress approved February 27, 1919, to be built across the Allegheny River, at or near the borough of Millvale, in the county of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, are hereby extended two and four years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 14, 1920.
