CHAP. 289.— An Act To extend the time for the construction of a bridge across the Allegheny River, at or near Sixteenth Street, in the city of Pittsburgh, county of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge authorized by Act of Congress approved February 27, 1919, to be built across the Allegheny River, at or near Sixteenth Street, in the city of Pittsburgh, in the county of Allegheny, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, are hereby extended two and four years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmended. expressly reserved. Approved, June 14, 1920.
