CHAP. 281.— An Act For the relief of Blanche Utley. June 5, 1920.[[H. R. 10317](/us/bill/66/hr/10317).][[Private, No. 69](/us/pvtl/66/69).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Blanche Utley.Payment to guardian of, for injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal guardian of the estate of Blanche Utley, a minor, of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, the sum of $5,000 in full compensation for injuries sustained by the said Blanche Utley due to an aeroplane owned by the United States Government, while engaged in practice flying in Tarrant County, Texas, striking a barbed-wire fence near an automobile standing in a public road and in which said Blanche Utley was sitting, knocking said barbed wire loose from said fence and against the said occupant, Blanche Utley, of said automobile in such a manner and way as to injure and cut the said Blanche Utley, on the 20th day of June, anno Domini 1918.
