CHAP. 275.— An Act For the relief of Carolyn Wheeler Kobbe. June 5, 1920.[[H. R. 1827](/us/bill/66/hr/1827).][[Private, No. 63](/us/pvtl/66/63).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Carolyn Whee1er Kobbe.Payment to, for death of husband.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Carolyn Wheeler Kobbe, widow of Gustav Kobbe, who was killed as the result of an accident caused by a United States Navy seaplane, the sum of $2,500.
