B. Graham.Reimbursement to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to W. B. Graham, late postmaster at Ely, Nevada, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $3,335, to reimburse him for money expended for necessary clerical assistance.
