CHAP. 259.— An Act Authorizing Troup County, Georgia, to construct a bridge across the Chattahoochee River near West Point, Georgia. June 5, 1920. [[S. 4402](/us/bill/66/s/4402).] [[Public, No. 270](/us/pl/66/270).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Chattahoocbe River.Troup County, Ga., may bridge, West Point. That authority is hereby granted to Troup County, Georgia, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Chattahoochee River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near and between and connecting Montgomery and Ferry Streets in the city of West Point, in the comity of Troup, in the State of Georgia, in accordanceConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, June 5, 1920.
