CHAP. 233.— An Act For the relief of Harvey R. Butcher. June 4, 1920.[[H. R. 10115](/us/bill/66/hr/10115).][[Private, No. 61](/us/pvtl/66/61).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Harvey R. Butcher.Reimbursement to.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Harvey R. Butcher, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,770.33 to reimburse him for moneys paid out of his personal funds in settlement of a shortage in his accounts while acting as disbursing officer, Quartermaster Corps, United States Army, at Camp Funston, the said shortage not being due to any negligence or default on his part.
