CHAP. 220.— Joint Resolution To amend an Act entitled “An Act making appropriations for the Department of Agriculture for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1921,” approved May 31, 1920. June 2, 1920. Res., No. 46](/us/bill/66/pubres/46).] *Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Cotton contracts.Optional right of grade deliveries repealed.*Ante*, p.725, repealed.
That the provision of the Act entitled “An Act making appropriations for the Department of Agriculture for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1921,” approved May 31, 1920, which reads as follows: "“That hereafter each lot of cotton classified as tenderable in whole or in part on a section 5 contract of said Act as amended, shall give to the buyer the right to demand that one half of the contract shall be delivered in the official cotton standard grades of the United States from the grades of middling fair, strict good middling, good middling, strict middling, and middling, and that the seller shall have the option of delivering the other half of said contract from any of the official cotton standard grades as established in said Act,”" be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
