CHAP. 21.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the county of Miller, State of Arkansas, to construct a bridge across Sulphur River, at or near Blackmans Point, in said county and State. July 11, 1919. [[H. R. 4631](/us/bill/66/hr/4631).] [[Public, No. 20](/us/pl/66/20).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of Congress Sulphur River.Miller County, Ark., may bridge, BlackmansPoint.is hereby granted to the county of Miller, State of Arkansas, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Sulphur River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Blackmans Point, in the county of Miller, in the State of Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled, “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Amendment. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, July 11, 1919.
