That the time within which the special joint committee to investigate the advisability of establishing a naval base on San Francisco Bay; a deeper channel to Mare Island Navy Yard; an aviation base at Sand Point, Washington; submarine bases at Los Angeles, California, and Port Angeles, Washington, which was created by the Act entitled “An Act making*Ante*, p. 820, amended. appropriations for the naval service for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1921, and for other purposes,” approved June 4, 1920, is required to submit its report to the Congress of the United States, is extended to January 31, 1921.
