CHAP. 173.— An Act For the construction of a bridge across the Pentwater River or Pentwater Lake, Michigan. May 8, 1920. [[H. R. 12869](/us/bill/66/hr/12869).] [[Public, No. 196](/us/pl/66/196).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of CongressPentwater River or Lake.Pentwater, Mich., may bridge. is hereby granted to the township of Pentwater, Michigan, or the Pere Marquette Railroad Company, a corporation, to construct a bridge, with approaches thereto, across Pentwater River or at the outlet of Pentwater Lake in the State of Michigan, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisions ofConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction oi bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 8, 1920.
