CHAP. 17.— An Act For the relief of Matthew McDonald. January 7, 1921.[[S. 1743](/us/bill/66/s/1743).][[Private, No. 78](/us/pvtl/66/78).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Matthew McDonald.Naval record corrected. That in the administration of the pension laws Matthew McDonald shall be hereafter held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the naval service *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.of the United States Navy October 20, 1863: *Provided*, That no pension shall be allowed and no back pay and bounty shall be paid because of the enactment of this legislation.
