CHAP. 160.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River near Kansas City. April 24, 1920. [[S. 4073](/us/bill/66/s/4073).] [[Public, No. 186](/us/pl/66/186).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Missouri River.Missouri Valley Bridge and Iron Company may bridge, Kansas City, Mo. That the Missouri Valley Bridge and Iron Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Kansas, its successors and assigns, be, and are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a highway, trolley, and railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation between the Chicago, Milwaukee and Saint Paul Railway Bridge and the mouth of the Big Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Blue River, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 24, 1920.
