CHAP. 156.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the city of Youngstown, Ohio, to construct a bridge across the Mahoning River, at or near Division Street, in the city of Youngstown, Ohio. April 21, 1920. [[H. R. 12889](/us/bill/66/hr/12889).] [[Public, No. 184](/us/pl/66/184).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Mahoning River.Youngstown, Ohio, may bridge, at Division Street. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the city of Youngstown, Ohio, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mahoning River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Division Street, in the city of Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.Youngstown, in the county of Mahoning, in the State of Ohio, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906 Sec. 2.
Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 21, 1920.
