Lindsley.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to O. W. Lindsley, the sum of S300, as compensation for the loss of poles owned by him which were destroyed by a slash-burning fire on August 19, 1915. Approved, April 17, 1920.
