R. 3211](/us/bill/66/hr/3211).] [[Private, No. 49](/us/pvtl/66/49).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emma J. Spear.Designated beneficiary of late Henry W. Spear. That Emma J. Spear, mother of Henry W. Spear, late of Troop M, Second Regiment United States Cavalry, shall be regarded as the duly designated beneficiary of the Vol. 35, pp. 108, 735.late Henry W. Spear, under the Act approved May 11, 1908, as amended by the Act approved March 3, 1909. Approved, April 16, 1920.
