CHAP. 143.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows of such soldiers and sailors. March 3, 1921.[[H. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Gussie Rash, dependent mother of Roy Degman, Pensions increased.
Gussie Rash. late of Company L, Forty-first Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. The name of Logan C. Bohannon, dependent father of James Logan C. Bohannon.
